PURPOSE:To improve the shaping freedom of a product by using the shock- absorbing member composed of the three layer structure made of the high stretchable unwoven fabric, the soft urethane and the hot melt unwoven fabric inserted between skin member and resin core member and then providing shock- absorbing property and the function as an adhesive medium. CONSTITUTION:The door trim 10 for an automobile is approximately composed of the three layer structure made of resin core member 11, the shock-absorbing member 12 laminated and stuck onto the front side of resin core member 11 and the skin member 13 stuck to said front side. That is to say, said door trim is composed of the skin member 13 molded in a necessary shape by slush molding, the resin core member 11 molded in a necessary shape by feeding molten resin in the mold of a mold press and the three layer structure made of the high stretchable unwoven fabric 14, the soft urethane 15 and the hot melt unwoven fabric 16 inserted between the skin member 13 and the resin core member 11 and then having shock-absorbing property and the function as an adhesive medium. Consequently, the shaping freedom of a product may be improved. |
