(A) In a bridge frame for solidly seated false teeth with two or more crown caps or one or two inlays, the novelty is that the bridge parts filling the tooth gaps consists of a temp.- resistant filler which is preformed to one or more intermediate pieces (10), pref. of Al2O3 ceramic, and which is coated on all sides by a thin cast, sintered or electrodeposited material and/or a fired-on ceramic. (B) Prodn. of the bridge frame, involving electroplating, sintering-on, lost-wax casting or ceramic firing of the coating, is also claimed. ADVANTAGE - The high quality bridge frame can be produced inexpensively and with high precision and shows minimal risk of fracture and corrosion.
