PURPOSE:To correct numerical data without manual operation by judging correction of numerical data to correct all corresponding numerical data in related tables in the case of a difference between specific numerical data and a preliminarily registered correction object item after a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When a monitor function 6 is started, it decides whether the registered time of a register file 8 and the actual time of a system coincide with each other or not unless the stop is indicated by the system. Numerical data of two tables registered in a data part are compared with each other; and if they are different, it is judged that correction is performed. Then, a related correction function 7 is started if necessary. The function 7 reads in one table data item of comparison objects from the file 8 and reads in the other. The function 7 compares both comparison object data items with each other to decide whether a relation condition between numerical items is satisfied or not. When it is satisfied, the other numerical data is substituted with one numerical data, and substituted numerical data is written in a pertinent table storage file. |
