The assembly-line for producing boxes with lids and guarantee-seals from flat cut-out sections consists of modular, separate driven actions. A belt conveyor (18) has a toothed conveyor-belt and evenly spaced-out suction holes (36), and is laid along a vacuum-duct (37) and runs over cogged rollers (38). One roller is driven stepwise so that the conveyor belt conveys the cut-out sections (4) into a row of processing units possess-ing controls, conveyors and folders for converting the flat pie-ces into tubular boxes with lids attached. The conveyor belt has troughs (19) in each with a suction hole (36). USE/ADVANTAGE- The assembly line conveys flat sections past a row of processing units in which they are checked, bent and made into a box shape.
