发明名称 LASER LIGHT WAVELENGTH CONVERSION SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve wavelength conversion efficiency of laser light and to stabilize conversion operation by resonating laser resonance system and an inner resonator, respectively to make both resonance modes thereof coincide and by taking out converted light whose wavelength is converted externally. CONSTITUTION:An inner resonator 20 containing non-linear optical medium 21 is inserted between a partial reflecting mirror 3 and a laser medium 1. A polarizer 8 is inserted inside a laser resonance system 10. After an inclination thereof to an optical axis is set at a specified angle, fine adjustment of the angle is repeated several times; thereby, both modes of the laser resonance system 10 and the inner resonator 20 can be made coincide readily. Converted light L2 of half-wavelength of laser light L which is second harmonic generation from the non-linear optical medium 21 is taken out fro the inner resonator 20 through a partial reflecting mirror 3 which is an output mirror.
