PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of errors which may generate at the time of feeding mold resin into a mold by narrowing a space between a resin guide and a mold at the time of feeding mold resin and transferring the resin guide to the distance where said resin guide and mold are not hit each other at the time of releasing a molded product. CONSTITUTION:A transfer block 55 is transferred downward by upper and lower driving sources at the time of feeding mold resin 54. At that time, a shutter 57 is rotated in a manner of sliding the upper surface of the transfer block 55 while being pushed by a compression spring 59 with a supporting axis 58 as a center. In the case the same is returned to the condition before feeding the resin, the movement of the shutter 57 is reversed. When a lead frame and mold resin 54 are to be set in a mold 51, the transfer block 55 is pushed down to the minimum distance where a resin guide 56a may not hit the mold 51 by means of an up-and-down movement mechanism, and the mold resin 54 is fed in. When the lead frame is released after molding, the transfer block 55 is pushed to the distance where the resin guide 56a is not hit by a cull by means of a cylinder, and the lead frame as a molded product is released. |
