PURPOSE:To prevent laser beam from damaging frog pins by judging a working path of a workpiece, moving the working position to a position where the working path does not pass the head of the frog pins when the working path passes the head of the frog pins and then starting to work the workpiece. CONSTITUTION:An NC device 2 carries out a program and at the same time transmits the working path 5' to a controller 1 at every fixed interval. The controller 1 calculates a difference between a positional coordinate of the frog pins 4 stored in advance and an inputted working course 5' and judges whether the difference is kept in a specified range. When the difference is kept in the specified range, the working course 5' is judged to pass the head of the frog pins 4 and a command to move the working position is transmitted to the NC controller 2. The NC controller 2 which has received a signal from the controller 1 moves the working position of a working program and carries out a flow. Actions are repeated while the working course 5' does not pass the head of the frog pins 4 and when the working path 5' is judged not to pass the head of the frog pins, the workpiece starts to be worked. |
