PURPOSE:To prepare gas of high CO2 concentration by feeding combustion exhaust gas of fossile fuel into a cathode of a fuel battery, carrying the same as carbonate ion to the anode side by the reaction on the cathode side, taking out the same as CO2 and H2O by the reaction in the anode and separating H2O. CONSTITUTION:Combustion exhaust gas G of fossile fuel is used as a part of oxidized gas CG which is fed to a cathode 2 of a fused carbonate fuel battery I. CO2 in combustion gas G and O2 in oxidized gas CG are reached an anode 3 through a tile 1 by the reaction on the cathode 2 side. CO2 and H2O are discharged out of the anode 3 as outlet gas by the reaction on said anode 3 side. Then, H2O in the anode outlet gas is separated by a gas-liquid separator 9 to release gas of high CO2 concentration. As the result, CO2 contained in the combustion gas of fossile fuel can be utilized effectively and recovered before being discharged, in atmosphere to prevent greenhouse effect from generating by the discharged CO2. |
