PURPOSE:To make the responding times at the accelerating time and the decelerating time of an induction motor coincide with each other by providing a compensating system in the speed control system of a major loop, increasing the DC current of a DC intermediate circuit with this compensating system at the accelerating time and reducing the DC current at the decelerating time. CONSTITUTION:A compensating system having a compensating amplifier 28 and an inverting amplifier 29 is provided in the speed controlling system of a major loop having a speed controlling amplifier 9, an absolute value converter 9 and a current controlling amplifier 11. The compensating system increases the DC current of the DC intermediate circuit at the accelerating time, and reduces the DC current of the DC intermediate circuit at the decelerating time, thereby compensating the responsiveness at the accelerating and decelerating times. |
