发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SPOT SHAPED PARTIAL CLAD MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a spot shaped partial clad material having high accuracy pitch and dimension by tack welding a regularly fed metallic foil and base material in laser beam at a specified interval and continuously, then, welding with pressure and rolling them. CONSTITUTION:The metallic foil 11 is fed by a guide structure to a specified position of the base material 10 and the base material 10 and the metallic foil 11 are fed into a laser beam welding machine 13. When a supporting member 14 is elevated and a retaining tool 15 pushes the metallic foil 11 to the base material 10, the laser beam from the laser beam welding machine 13 irradiates on an end face in the lengthwise direction of the metallic foil through an irradiating window penetrated on the retaining tool 15 to complete welding. The metallic foil 11 fixed on the part of the base material 10 at a position far by an integer multiple of the specified pitch from the welding device is cut by a laser cutting device 16 arranged at a prescribed interval to a specified length to shape the metallic foil 11. When a part which is not welded after the above cutting is removed, it is possible to obtain the metallic foil tack welded by laser beam welding and having a good shape and a specified dimension.
