PURPOSE:To obtain the injection molder which makes a speed variator and a hydraulic oil unnecessary and can be constituted simply and compactly, by using a servomotor as the driving source for both of a mold clamping mechanism and an injection mechanism and connecting the line shafts ranging both mechanisms enabling to slide. CONSTITUTION:A strong mold clamping is done by connecting the line shafts 32, 33 by a clutch mechanism 41, rotating normally a servomotor 37, rotating a rotary disk 16 at a mold clamping mechanism 1 side via the line shaft 32, making a movable platen 13 to advance and closing the molds 14, 14. The line shaft 32 is fixed to a housing 22 side by operating an electromagnetic brake 42, also the line shaft 34 is connected with a nozzle touch member 43 by closing the clutch mechanism 44 and the housing 22 is pulled to a stationary platen 11. The gear 29 for an injection is rotated by closing the clutch mechanism 46 and a screw retaining member 25 is made to advance via a screw shaft 30 and a screw 20 is pushed and an injection is made. |
