PURPOSE:To achieve required minimum page number occupied by a data processing section, by releasing the occupancy if an old page deleted from a page storage section replacingly is the 1st class occupancy. CONSTITUTION:A data processing section 80 is started and an instruction section 81 gives a record request. The section 7 retrieves an occupancy display section based on this record request and checks the occupancy of the acquired pages. If the page is not occupied, a vacant area of a page section 82 is checked, and if there is any vacancy, the acquired page is contained in the section 82 to the 1st class occupancy. Next, a record in the page contained in the section 82 is retrieved along a connector, and if it is accessible, the 2nd class occupancy is set to the page to be accessed at present and the access side train is positioned to the uppermost rank. In releasing the page occupancy, a newly acquired page is contained in the section 82, and if the old page deleted from the section 82 replacingly is the 1st class occupancy, the occupancy is released. |
