The invention relates to a brake booster servo comprising an outer casing (10) of given axis (X-X) in which are mounted, so that they can move along the said axis, a hollow boost piston (20) dividing the casing into a front chamber (16) and a rear chamber (18), a control rod (30) carrying a plunger (28) housed in a bore (26) of the piston, and a push rod (46), boost means (34, 20a, 28a) housed in the said casing being controlled by a forwards movement of the plunger and having the effect of moving the piston forwards, a reaction disc (48) made from a deformable material being interposed between an annular front face (20b) of the piston and a back face (46a) of the push rod, such that clearance is normally formed at rest between a front face (28b) of the plunger and this reaction disc. According to the invention, means (27, 31) are provided for boosting the movement of the plunger (28) in the piston (20). <IMAGE>
