ANTI-OXIDATION AGENT IN HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR A HOT ROLLED STEEL MATERIALS

An anti-oxidation Agent in high temperature for hot Rolled steel materials are composed of 4.5-60 wt.% of Li3CO3, 2-5 wt.% of Cr2O3, 5-10 wt.% of Fe, and 10-20 wt.% of Al2O3. The Agent is coated on the surface of hot rolled steel materials, e.g. billet, slabe, reduce scale in the heating furnace. The agent has a good adhesion property and exfoliation.
