The portable air pump for automobile tyres is operated by driving means of the piston which consists of pressing bars (26,26') for pressing down the footing, the solenoids mounted in compression-chambers, a handle connected with both the side of the pressing bar for pivoting the piston by a lever. The air pump includes the first compression-chambers (21,21') upper parts having the piston (23,23') connected to the driving means, one-way valves (5,5',5",6,6',6") which are mounted at inlets (29,29') or outlets (30,30') for compressed-air of the second compression-chambers (22,22') and inlets (27,27') or outlets (28,28') for exterior air, and pressure gage (3) mounted on storage tank (3).
