<p>This clutch comprises at least one weight (11), and preferably two, arranged in a bell (3) radially with respect to the output shaft (2) of the motor (1), subjected to the action of an elastic member (21) for return to a clutch-disengagement position, at rest, and capable of being driven by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the shaft (2) of the motor (1) into a clutch-engagement position where it engages with the bell (3). The bell (3) is equipped on the inside with a stressed spring (24) bearing with friction on the inner wall of the bell and provided with at least one clutch-engagement catch (24a), and preferably two, capable of interacting with the weight or weights (11).
