摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To regulate the direction of irradiation even during failure by providing a biasing force in advance to a base so that when activated by a spring the base lowers the direction of irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A push rod 32 mounted on the lower side of a base 3 is pressed by a compression spring 33 so that the push rod 32 projects outwardly of housing 4, the top portion 32a of the push rod 32 being connected to a running wire 5 via a lever 51. The amount of movement of the running wire 5 is converted to almost its normal direction by the lever 51 and is transmitted to the push rod 32 in such a manner that the running wire 5 is pushed against the biasing force of the compression spring 33 so that the base 3 i.e. a reflecting mirror 2 irradiates a portion at angles desired by the driver. If the running rope 5 is broken, stress of the running wire 5 exerted on the push rod 32 is released and the base 3 is activated by the compression spring 33 so that the base 3 is biased to lower the optical axis of the reflecting mirror 2. Thus the direction of irradiation is regulated downward even during breakage of the running wire 5.</p>
