A sheet (1) for packaging or padding is a mat of natural fibres, esp. waste fibres, which has been mixed with binding media to fix the impressed corrugations (2). The height of the latter amounts to a multiple of the thickness of the mat. ADVANTAGE - This creates a packaging material which handles even better than corrugated cardboard and rots within a short time without environmental pollution like polystyrene chips.
