To eliminate any resistance to distribution, provision has been made for a combination of several devices: an elastic means (31) acting on a movable stop (24) in order to authorise the stopping of the drum (3) after cutting, regardless of the tensile force on the excess strip, and the detachment of the said strip held by a central point created by the toothed blade (4a); a cam (16) defining the path of the cutting blade; an elastic means (32) with an adjustable position, which is intended to guide the material wound on the drum towards the exit without braking it; a device (10-35) for bringing into service a new roll by driving the drum in rotation from a cap or from the lower opening of the apparatus. <IMAGE> |
