摘要 In the wire control mechanism, for winding electrical coils using thin wire, the pressure wheel (8) of the forward brake (2) is on a lever mounting, to be controlled by a forward brake magnet (11) according to the pressure on the running wheel (7). The brake wheel (15) of the main brake (1) is powered through an inner disc (4) driven by the motor (10) through a hollow shaft (16). Membrane springs (5,6), at each end of the hollow shaft (16), are keyed in place as a centered guide for an outer disc (3), which applies a controlled pressure to one side of the brake wheel (15) through a main brake magnet control (9) against the counter pressure of the inner disc (4). The drive motor (10) is directly controlled by a wire tension monitor (12), using a measuring roller (14) to guide the wire for winding, together with a stretch measurement strip (13). The hollow shaft shaft (16) of the main brake assembly (1) gives the drive take-off to the running wheel (7) of the advance brake (2) .
