This screwplug is of the type comprising a hollow shank (11) bearing at least one projecting helical thread (15), and a head (16) the surface of which presents insertable means (17) to enable the whole to be turned. According to the invention - the following points being taken together - on the one hand these insertable means (17) comprise at least one stud (18) which, projecting eccentrically from the head (16), is breakable, and on the other hand the extreme portion (19) of the hollow shank (11) has at least one projecting tooth (20) and thus in annular terms constitutes a cutter.
