THERMOPLASTIC MASS FOR APPLICATIONS OF SOUND-PROOFING AND VIBRATION ISOLATION AND LAMINATED AND STRATIFIED MATERIALS OBTAINED THEREFROM, PARTICULARLY FOR MOTOR VEHICLES

Thermoplastic mass for applications such as sound-proofing and vibration isolation and laminated and stratified materials obtained therefrom, particularly for motor vehicles; said mass is comprised of: 0.6 to 50 % of chlorinated polyethylene; 20 t0 95 % of filler material; and 4 to 60 % of a spreader component which is so selected that the compatibility with the chlorinated polyethylene is maintained, such compatibility being defined by an anylyne point with values lower than 100 DEG C. Such thermoplastic mass is used to produce laminated and stratified materials intended to be installed in motor vehicles as well as in buildings and household appliances and industrial equipment and machines for sound-proofing and vibration isolation.
