<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to discriminate an area by means of a control part, to perform display and the action of the camera which are appropriate for the area, to eliminate the troublesome exchanging work of parts and to improve user's operability and mass-productivity by previously storing information on the specification of a camera relating to a selling area. CONSTITUTION:An electronic camera includes a still video camera, an ordinary video camera or a silver salt film camera which is mainly electronically con trolled, and the action of the camera is controlled by a device such as a microprocessor, etc., in the electronic camera. All the content of the information on the specification of the camera relating to the area where such products are sold is written in an E<2>PROM 1 being a storage device from an input device 7 through a controller 2. A user reads out the information on the specification of the camera corresponding to the information on the area out of the stored information on the specification of the camera and controls the camera in accordance with the information on the specification of the camera, so that the camera complies with any area which is desired by the user.</p> |
