PURPOSE:To obtain high electromagnetic wave shielding effect in spite of a thin film thickness, by providing a metal film with a specific thickness metal film with a specific thickness on the release layer provided to the single surface of a base material, if necessary, through a protective layer and further providing an adhesive layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:A metal film comprises a Cu-membrane or a different metal membrane. The Cu-membrane is provided in a thickness of 1,000-5,000Angstrom . As the different metal membrane, one comprising Ni, Sn, In, Al, Zn, Cr, Pb etc. can be used and the thickness thereof is set to 50Angstrom or more. For example, as the base material 10, a polyethylene terephthalate film is used and a release layer 20 comprising an acrylic resin is provided to the single surface of said film and a protective layer 30 comprising an acryl-isocyanate resin is provided thereon and, further, as the metal membrane, a Sn vapor deposition film 50, for example, having thickness of 500Angstrom and a Cu vapor deposition film 60, for example, having a thickness of 2,000Angstrom are successively laminated thereon and, furthermore, an adhesive layer 70 comprising an acryl-vinyl acetate resin is provided on the metal membrane 40. |
