<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a device for detecting an accurate dynamic vector and processing data by providing the device with a comparing means, a minimum data register, an identical position block evaluating data register, and so on. CONSTITUTION:The dynamic vector detector is provided with a computing means 4 for inputting respective picture element data in the 1st and 2nd blocks and computing evaluation data, the comparing means 7 for comparing evaluation data outputted from the means 4 with comparing data, the minimum data register 8, an identical position clock generating circuit 10, and the identical position block evaluation data register 13. Thereby, the minimum value of the evaluation data of the 2nd block and the position of the 3rd block having the minimum value in the 2nd block are calculated and evaluation data relating to the blocks having the same position are stored in the register 13. Consequently, an accurate dynamic vector can be detected and the constitution of the device for processing data outputted from the detector can be simplified.</p> |
