PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in strength and dimensional accuracy by preventing generation of a porosity and sink on the inside and surface of a molded article, by supplying a molten resin material to a mold cavity part under a state wherein the resin is pressed always. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder part 111 of an extruder 11 is headed at the temperature of more than the fusion temperature of a molding resin material 2 by a heating device. As for a joint part 12, the inside of the same possesses a conical hollow part 120 and the same is kept at the temperature of more than the fusion point of the resin material 2 by the heating device 121. A mold cavity part 130 is filled always with the molten resin 2 by extrusion pressure of the extruder 11 without being cured in the inside of the hollow part 120. As for the mold cavity part 130, as a cross-sectional area of a resin loading part 133 of the same is set up smaller than that of a cylindrical material forming part 134 and a contact surface of a contact part 137 between a molded article 20 and the following molten resin material 2 is not cooled or cured yet, and contact surface or contact part 137 is pushed aside against a wall surface of the cavity part by pressure force of the following molten resin material for pressure welding. |
