A housing (1), for the injection of a flow of sample which is to be analysed inside a measuring cell (5) through which a light beam (24) passes, contains inner (16) and outer (10) nozzles enabling the sample to be forced into a stream by a liquid under pressure. Electrodes for the measurement of resistivity of the leucocyte subpopulation are constituent components (8, 16) of the injection housing.
