The mop-holder has a support-part (2) to which a long handle is attached, and with outer ends fitting into pockets (6) on a textile mop. The support part (2) is divided transversely and can be moved on a transverse pivot axle for fitting into the mop's holder-pockets (6). One of the ends (24,25) of the support part (2) is divided into an outer (4) and a larger (3) section. The pivot axles are formed by the two parallel, straight sections (15,16) of a round-sectioned metal bracket (14). The straight sections (15,16) catch in bearings (12,13) on the two sections (3,4) of the support part (2). USE/ADVANTAGE - The mop holder is easily handled.
