Concrete components are produced on a support in shuttering having a rigid sidewall and a bottom resting on the support. The bottom consists of one or more strips of flexible plastic sheet joined to the sidewall. The latter can be formed by a frame, over which plastic sheet is shrunk, the strip forming the bottom being glued or welded to this sheet.
