摘要 PURPOSE:To easily and surely form an anticorrosive layer by previously rounding an FRP molding plate and inserting this preset rounded plate into a circular pipe and thereafter releasing the bending stress of the FRP molding plate and closely sticking this FRP molding plate to the inner circumferential face of the circular pipe by the restoring elasticity of the FRP molding plate and forming the anticorrosive layer due to the FRP molding plate. CONSTITUTION:An FRP molding plate 1 is rounded into a cylindrical shape while keeping the lengthwise direction to the circumferencial direction. Both ends thereof are slightly overlapped and an adhesive tape 2 such as PP is stuck to the overlapped part and a nearly cylindrically shaped material 3 is formed. The inside of a circular pipe 4 is previously cleaned and marking is performed so that the adhesive tape 2 of the material 3 made of FRP is positioned to the upper part of the circular pipe 4. This material 3 is set so as to be allowed to coincide therewith. A plurality of rounded materials 3 are joined without forming a gap and inserted into the inside of the circular pipe 4 and thereafter the adhesive tape is successively cut off. When the bending stress of the FRP molding plate is released, bending elasticity acts and this FRP molding plate is closely stuck along the inner circumferential face of the circular pipe 4 and the anticorrosive layer due to the FRP molding plate 1 is formed.
