PURPOSE: To provide the subject nozzles which are high in the dimensional accuracy and directional accuracy of bores and have good wear resistance by molding a hardenable or nitridable steel in an unhardened state to the nozzles and exactly manufacturing passages and bores, then hardening the nozzles by a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: The injection nozzle 2 and twisting nozzle 3 respectively exactly manufactured with the passages 4 and the lateral bores 6 are molded of the hardenable or nitridable steel (X10Cr13, 34CrAlMo5, 100MnCrW4, ETG10, or the like). The nozzles 2, 3 are cured to a hardness of at least 50HRC by a suitable heat treatment. |
