PURPOSE:To prevent rotary play and looseness of an arm pin, by holding the rocker arm pin to a stopper provided with a U-shaped hollowed part. CONSTITUTION:An arm pin 6, when built in a device, is firstly inserted into an arm 3, under this condition, the arm pin 6 is inserted into an insertion hole 4 of a lower body 1 and adapted to an innermost groove 7A in a long hole groove 7. Then a stopper 9 is press fitted to an insertion groove 8, and its both arm parts 9B are positioned in a U-shaped gap 8B in such a state as to ride astride of the arm pin 6. Then, the both arm parts 9B are folded in tapered parts 8B of the insertion groove 8 to hold the arm pin 6. Further folded tips 9C of the stopper 9 are expanded to the outside and calked to the lower body 1. |
