PURPOSE:To decrease a voltage drop of a main switching circuit at conduction by short-circuiting a 1st stage drive transistor(TR) and a 1st stage TR with a next stage direct drive TR when the main switching circuit is conductive. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal voltage Vin given to all input terminal 1 is at a high level, an input transistor(TR) 5 is turned on, then a 1st stage drive TR 2 and a next stage direct drive TR 4 of a main switching circuit 1 are turned on and the main switching circuit 1 is turned on. Then an output terminal O and ground E are conductive. Simultaneously, the next stage TR 1B is driven in parallel with the turning-on of the next stage direct drive TR 4 and it is equivalent in terms of the circuit that the 1st stage drive TR 2 and a 1st stage TR 1A are short-circuited by the next stage direct drive TR 4. When the input signal voltage Vin is at an L level, the input TR 5 is turned off and the output terminal O and the ground E are nonconductive with the reverse operation to above. |
