PURPOSE:To obtain the title culture medium easy to make microscopic observations by putting in portions an agar-agar medium for fungal culture into a container having transparent, flat walls and by solidifying the medium on the wall surface so that the medium surface get vertical. CONSTITUTION:An agar-agar medium for fungal culture is put in portions into a container 1 having transparent, flat walls and solidified on the wall surface so that the medium surface get vertical, thus obtaining the objective culture medium. |
