摘要 PURPOSE:To safely and efficiently execute the work for boiling, cooking and steaming a cooking material on a receiving base by suspending the receiving base by a belt in a boiling tank, allowing the receiving base to ascend and descend freely by a lifting device provided in a frame body, and adjusting a liquid level in the boiling tank. CONSTITUTION:By operating motor 21 and winding a stainless steel belt 14 to a winding shaft 16, a receiving base is allowed to ascend and positioned in a prescribed part, and a material to be cooked is placed on the receiving base 13. The material is contained in a pot or other container, or placed as it is on the receiving base 13. Subsequently, by turning of the motor 21, the winding shaft 16 is brought to reverse rotation, and the receiving base 13 is allowed to descend until it reaches the bottom part of a boiling tank 2. In this case, the receiving base 13 and the cooking material sink under the surface of the water poured into the boiling tank 2 in advance. Next, the boiling tank 2 is heated by a heat source 7, and by boiling the water, the cooking material is boiled and cooked. Also, in the case of steaming the cooking material, the receiving base 13 or at least the cooking material is adjusted so as to be placed on the surface of the water and stopped, and by boiling the water, steam is generated.
