PURPOSE:To enable production of the subject cold and good-taste aqueous carbonate solution of good quality by supplying carbon dioxide gas and water to the subject equipment for production of the aqueous carbonate solution, pressurizing the resultant aqueous carbonate solution using a pump, spraying the pressurized solution into the equipment for production of the subject aqueous carbonate solution again and circulating the solution. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous carbonate solution (C) is produced by supplying carbon dioxide gas 3 to a carbonator 1 and simultaneously spraying water 5 from a cooling coil 7 through a nozzle 8 into the carbonator 1 using a pump 6 and the produced aqueous carbonate solution is discharged through a valve 12 attached to the top of an aqueous carbonate solution-supply line 11. Except when discharging the aqueous carbonate solution (C) or producing the aqueous carbonate solution, the produced aqueous carbonate solution (C) is discharged using a pump 17 for circulation of the aqueous carbonate solution, circulated through a circuit composed of the aqueous carbonate solution-supply line 11 through which a cold aqueous carbonate solution (C) circulates and a by-path line 21 through which the carbonate solution returns after passing through the carbonate solution-supply valve 12 or through another circuit capable of direct return without passing through the aqueous carbonate solution-supply line 11 and sprayed into the carbonator 1 through an aqueous carbonate solution-spraying nozzle 18 for thorough removal of contained air, thus obtaining the objective excellent aqueous carbonate solution. |
