PURPOSE: To hold a fastening screw when inserted into a through hale by carrying a holding element composed of plastic having a high friction coefficient and projected at least partially from the periphery of a shank, on the shank of the fastening screw for an assembly plate. CONSTITUTION: In a fastening screw 1, a holding element 3 is carried on a shank 2. The holding element 3 projects by going over the periphery of the shank, and is composed of, for example, polyamide, and is formed in the same size as a diametrical difference between a through hole 4 of an assembly plate 5 and a screw thread. For example, a ski fastening part is used to fix a ski. The holding element 3 is compressed in the through hole 4 to prevent slipping- out of the fastening screw as well as to prevent looseness after being fixed by the fastening screw.
