PURPOSE:To arrest heating of a coil by exciting driving pulse voltage, which can be changed over to high voltage and low voltage, at arbitrary frequency, performing actuation at low frequency and high voltage, heightening the frequency to the desired value, and lowering the driving voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a motor is driven, a driving pulse at frequency F1 enough to generate the specific pull-in torque in bifilar wound motor coils 4 for two phases with a signal from a controller 1 is applied to transistors(Tr) 5-8. A Tr 2 is turned on with a changeover signal 9 to supply high voltage V1 to the coils. This condition is kept for a specific time, the frequency F1 of the driving pulse is gradually heightened at a specific rate of change to the desired frequency F2, the changeover signal 9 is inverted to turn the Tr 2 off and turn a Tr 3 on, and low voltage V2 is applied to the coils 4. Thereby rapid rising becomes possible, the Joule's heat of the coils decrease, and the motor is prevented from overheating. |
