HUMAN LYMPHOTOXIN The present invention provides N-terminal deletion mutants of human lymphotoxin which, through the lack of the first 27 amino acid residues characteristic of the naturally occurring molecule, exhibit greatly enhanced activity. Also provided are preparations, uses, methods of preparation, nucleic acid sequences, antibodies against, and preparations of the above human lymphotoxin N-terminal deletion mutants.
