PURPOSE:To prevent water from sticking to a heating coil even if water is split from a contact lens containing means by containing a heating material to which induction heating is executed in corporation with the heating coil, and a contact lens heated by the heating material by bringing a current to electric conduction to the heating coil. CONSTITUTION:A containing case made of polysulphone is used for containing a pair of soft contact lenses 1a, 1b in each containing chamber 2a, 2b, and this heat resisting containing case 2 is constituted of a body part and a cover body. In the body 4, a containing recessed part 5 for containing the containing case 2 is formed. When a current of a high frequency is brought to electric conduction to a heating coil 6, magnetic metals 3a, 3b come to be heated by electromagnetic induction. In such a way, by bringing the heating coil 6 to electric conduction, heating the magnetic metals 3a, 3b heating the containing chambers 2a, 2b of the containing case 2 to a prescribed temperature, the soft contact lenses 1a, 1b are heated and sterilized speedily. Also, at the time of such heating and sterilization, even if water is split from the containing case 2, it does not stick to the heating coil 6, an electric circuit required for heating and various parts 8. |
