<p>PURPOSE:To reduce manpower and time required for stringing work by providing a drum unit for feeding or winding a cable or a rope and means for lowering the cable drum onto the ground or lifting the cable drum onto a moving vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The cable stringing vehicle comprises a manipulator 2, a cable traction guide 3, a manipulator supporting arm 4, a cable feeding/winding unit 5, a rope feeding/winding unit 6, a cabin 7, a video camera 8 and a moving vehicle 1 for carrying them. Each of the cable and rope feeding/winding units 5, 6 comprises a drum unit 5a for feeding/winding a cable or a rope and means 5b, 5c for lowering the cable drum onto the ground or lifting the cable drum onto the moving vehicle 1.</p> |
