PURPOSE:To minimize the times of inching operation and to minimize the time required for stop control by providing means for determining the relation between the inching time and the traveling distance in inching operation of a track car, means for correcting the relation between the inching time and the moving distance based on the results of actual inching operation, and the like. CONSTITUTION:The stop control system comprises a mileage meter 12 for accumulating the traveling distance based on the rotation of the wheel 11 of a track car 1, a location detector 13 for detecting a mark 6 located on the ground and resetting the accumulated distance, and the like. The stop control system further comprises means for determining the relation between the inching time and the moving distance in inching operation, means for determining the inching time based on the residual distance between the stop position and the target stop position of the track car 1, means for correcting the relation between the inching time and the moving distance based on the results of actual inching operation, and means for repeating the determination and correction of the inching time and performing the inching operation of the track car 1 untill the difference of operation settles within a predetermined range. By such arrangement, an unmanned track car 1 can be stopped at a predetermined position with high accuracy in shortest time without requiring significant modification of existing facility. |
