<p>PURPOSE:To improve the weak sound effect by turning a muffler rail and a buffer member by an operating means and interposing a buffer part between a string and a hammer. CONSTITUTION:A wire 19 detained to a lever 22 draws a muffler arm 17 against spring force of a spring 25 and turns upward a muffler rail 18. By following this turning, a buffer member 21 moves to the lower face of a string (g), but in that case, since the buffer member 21 is curved to a state of coinciding roughly to a circular are drawn by a radius of gyration of the arm 17 being a little shorter than a vertical distance extending from a turning support shaft 17a to the string (g), by an arcuate guide 20 holding therewith it does not come into contact with the string (g) but interposed smoothly between the string (g) and a hammer 8. Also, in this case, restoring force of the tensile spring 25 of the arm 17 works on the lever 22, the buffer member 21 is held in an operating position, and by a key depressing operation, the hammer 8 hits against a string through the buffer member 21. In such a way, the weak sound effect can be improved.</p> |
