摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the voltage fluctuation of a pixel electrode caused by the variation of a signal voltage on a data bus line by providing an earth line on the data bus line through a low dielectric constant layer insulating layer, and connecting an electrode provided between the pixel electrode and the pixel electrode being adjacent in the line direction to the earth line. CONSTITUTION:A device is constituted so that a two-terminal element 2 and a pixel electrode 3 are arranged like a matrix array on a transparent insulating substrate 1, a data bus line 4 is arranged in the column direction of the pixel electrode, and a liquid crystal layer 6 is held by the transparent insulating substrate 1 and a counter transparent electrode substrate 5. Also, on the data bus line 4, an earth line 8 is provided through a low dielectric constant layer insulating layer 7, and moreover, the electrode of picture element width is provided between the pixel electrode 3 and the pixel electrode being adjacent in the line direction and connected to the earth line. When the earth line 8 is connected to the ground potential, the data bus line 4 is shielded and the coupling capacity is scarcely generated between the pixel electrodes. In such a manner, the voltage of the pixel electrode 3 can be prevented from being influenced by the voltage of the data bus line.</p>
