A multi-part storage container for preservation of fresh foodstuffs under climatic conditions comprises a cotton wool outer shell (1) and an inner shell (2) of polyethylene film perforated by hot needles. Inner (2) and outer (1) shells are connected at the openings (3,4) and form a climatic zone. The container opening (3,4) has a closure device consisting of a twin looped draw-cord system (8,9). Loops can be used to carry or suspend the container (1,2). USE/ADVANTAGE - The inexpensive container is suitable for storage of fresh foodstuffs under controlled conditions and is easily cleaned without damage to the inner shell.
