According to the present invention a coupling device essentially consists of a thin wall (20) consisting of a composite material and extending from a drive shaft (2) to a receiving shaft (6) whilst forming a cylindrical central part (22) which is relatively rigid between two corrugated end parts (24, 26) which are relatively flexible.
