<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency in a subject selection system by securing an exclusive OR between the instruction information on an existing selection subject and that on the subject newly selected. CONSTITUTION:An optional subject is additionally instructed in a state where a subject is already selected and this selection is shown on a display screen. Thus the subject instruction information undergoes an exclusive OR with the subject selection information on the selected subject. This arithmetic result is defined as the new subject selection information. Thus the exclusive OR is carried out and a newly instructed subject is included in those subjects already selected. In such a case, the existing selection subjects except the new instructed one are defined as the new selection subjects. As a result, only a certain subject is exclusively selected out of those subjects included in a certain range with a simple operation where the selection subjects are selected within a due range and the subject to be excluded is additionally pointed.</p> |
