PURPOSE:To achieve a constant and precise confirmation and to prevent printing deviation and bleeding by confirming positioning of a printed wiring board on a carrier system, detecting presence or absence of leaks of a compressed gas flow which is discharged from a discharge port which is provided in one piece with a guide pin through a guide pin fitting hole. CONSTITUTION:The move of a printed wiring board 1 is prevented by a reference pin 3b of a positioning mechanism 3 which rises onto the surface of a carrier system 2 and is pushed from the other direction by a pusher 3c, thus being aligned in one direction and position. On the other hand, a guide pin 3a is allowed to rise by drive of a cylinder 3d and is positioned by gear-lock between the guide pin 3a and a guide hole. If the guide pin 3a is not gear-locked to the guide hole of the printed-circuit board 1 at this positioning stage completely, leak occurs to the side of a printing means 4 of a compressed gas flow since a discharge port 5a of the compressed gas flow which is provided in one piece to the guide pin 3a is open. Presence or absence of leak is detected by a detection means 5b and the printed-circuit board 1 is subjected to a required printing treatment by the printing means 4 if it is judged that the positioning is appropriate. |
