<p>PURPOSE:To recover spent FRP at a low cost by crushing it in a spherical furnace by the explosion impact of an explosive. CONSTITUTION:The upper lid 2 of the furnace 1 is raised by a lid lifting hoist 3, and spent FRP 6 is charged into the open part of the furnace. The lid 2 is then lowered, engaged with the furnace 1 and fixed by a fixing handle 10. The explosive in the explosion part 8 is exploded by a timing device. The furnace is allowed to stand, then a discharge lid 5 engaged with the discharge port 4 at the bottom of the furnace 1 is opened, and the crushed material is discharged. Spent FRP is pulverized in this way, and conveniently discharged.</p> |
