Device for total draining of a tank or container for transporting grapes. The invention relates to a device making it possible totally to drain a tank or a container full of grapes. It consists of a trough permitting the mounting of a screw, which screw consists of a core (6) interrupted by a discharging small blade (3) acting as a core. A spiral (5) with a right-hand pitch and a spiral (4) offset by 180 DEG with respect to the spiral (5) are positioned on this core (6). According to the regions and the qualities of the grapes, the core (6) may be uniform and a discharging small blade is positioned on the core (6). <IMAGE>
